How to Use

Use a pea-to-quarter-sized amount per area. Massage into skin using a circular motion for 60–90 seconds. For optimal results, apply 5–10 minutes before activity and again no longer than 1 hour after activity. Then once more before bed, and wrap in a loose ace bandage if needed. For external use only. Avoid application to broken skin, the face, or sensitive areas. Keep away from eyes, ears, nose, and mouth. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

What is the return policy?

Paddle Proâ„¢ Organic Recovery Balm Return Policy

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all Paddle Pro™ Organic Recovery Balm purchases. If you’re not satisfied, you may return your product within 30 days of purchase.

Products must be no more than 50% used to be eligible for a return. Each request is reviewed individually.

To start a return, email us at contact@paddleprobalm.com with your name, order number, and reason for return. Once approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label. Refunds are processed within 3–7 business days after we receive and inspect the return and are issued to the original payment method.

For damaged or defective items, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a description of the issue and we’ll make it right promptly.

When will I get my order?

Most orders are delivered within 3–5 business days after shipping. Orders placed Monday–Saturday before 3:00 PM MST typically ship the same day. Orders placed after 3:00 PM, on Sundays, or on holidays process the next business day. Delivery times may vary due to location, carrier delays, or weather. Tracking information is emailed once your order ships.

Paddle Pro is a vertically integrated company that formulates and manufactures all of our products in our GMP-certified facility, adhering to all county, city, and state health regulations.
How much does shipping cost?

Free standard shipping on all orders $50 and over. For orders under $50, rates are calculated at checkout based on your region. We also offer Express (1–2 days) and Overnight options if you need it fast — all available to select at checkout.
