For Optimal Results

• Pre-Match: Apply a thin layer 5–10 minutes before play to help increase circulation to tendons and muscles.
• Post-Match: Within an hour after finishing game-play, apply a generous layer, while the muscles are still warm, to intercept stiffness occurring. Waiting longer than an hour gives the body time to cool, allowing joints to lock up.
• Overnight (Deep Repair): Apply thoroughly before bed to maximize active absorption during peak recovery hours. For stubborn areas, wrap loosely with an elastic bandage to boost penetration (no need to over-tighten, circulation comes first).

More Application Tips

• Use a pea-to-quarter-sized amount per area.
• Massage using firm, circular pressure for 60–90 seconds per zone, actively working the balm into the tissue.
• Cover the Whole Zone: Rather than pinpointing a single spot, spread the balm across the entire area around it. Example: for discomfort in the elbow, apply to both the elbow and surrounding forearm muscles.

• Orders placed Monday-Saturday before 3:00 PM MST will be processed that same day.
• Orders placed Monday-Saturday after 3:00 PM MST, on Sundays, or on holidays, will be processed the next business day.

Please note that holidays may cause shipping or processing delays, and delivery timelines may be extended during these periods.

"Business day" refers to Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.

Damaged or Lost Packages

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all Paddle Pro™ Organic Recovery Balm purchases. If you are not satisfied with your results, you may return the product within 30 days of your delivery date.

To be eligible, the returned product must have no more than half of the contents used.

Return Process

• Email us a request to return at contact@paddleprobalm.com
• Be sure to include your name, order number, and reason for return.
• We will email you a return shipping label that you will need to download and print.
• Ship the product back to us using the provided label.
• The refund process will begin once we have received and inspected the returned item.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method used, within 3-7 business days.
