Order Processing Time

• Orders placed Monday-Saturday before 3:00 PM MST will be processed that same day.

• Orders placed Monday-Saturday after 3:00 PM MST, on Sundays, or on holidays, will be processed the next business day. 

Please note that holidays may cause shipping or processing delays, and delivery timelines may be extended during these periods.

"Business day" refers to Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.

The options available to you will be based on the shipping address you enter. Your shipping address will automatically declare your delivery zone.

On all orders of $50.00 or more, FREE standard shipping will be available.

Delivery estimates are based on carrier schedules and may vary depending on your location, carrier availability, or holiday volume.



Tracking Your Order

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please contact us within 14 days of your expected delivery date at contact@paddleprobalm.com

Include your name, order number, and a brief description of the issue and we will make it right.
