30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all Paddle Pro™ Organic Recovery Balm purchases. If you are not satisfied with your results, you may return the product within 30 days of your purchase date.

To be eligible, the returned product must have no more than half of the contents used. Each situation will be reviewed individually for approval. 

Return Process

- Email us a request to return at contact@paddleprobalm.com 
- Be sure to include your name, order number, and reason for return. 
- Your request will be reviewed for approval.
- Once approved, we'll send you a return shipping label.
- Ship the product back to us using the provided label. 
- The refund process will begin once we've received and inspected the returned item.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method used, within 3-7 business days. 

Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 14 days of delivery at contact@paddleprobalm.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue, and we'll get it resolved promptly.
