We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all Paddle Pro™ Organic Topical Balms. If you’re not satisfied, you may return your product within 30 days of purchase.
Products must be no more than 50% used to be eligible for a return. Each request is reviewed individually.

Refunds are processed within 3–7 business days after we receive and inspect the return and are issued to the original payment method. Approved return shipping costs are covered by Paddle Pro™.
